FCSS Baby Bag

Activity bags for new moms and their newborns ages 0-18 months, which include activities appropriate for the early stages of development. Activity bags include an activity for the new mom along with a few activities for babies. These bags also include information and resources for new moms. Bags are delivered the Tuesday following ordering unless otherwise specified on the calendar.

FCSS Family Fun Bag
Activity bags for children ages 1-6 with activities appropriate for children's developmental stages. Activity bags include parent activities from time to time. Bags are available at a limited quantity, first come, first serve. Bags are delivered the Tuesday following ordering unless otherwise specified on the calendar.

FCSS Mental Health & You-th Bag
Activity bags for youth ages 7-13 with activities appropriate for their development, geared towards navigating tougher times. Bags are available at a limited quantity, first come, first serve. Bags are delivered the Tuesday following ordering unless otherwise specified on the calendar.

FCSS Senior Focus Bag
Activity bags for seniors ages 60+ with activities geared towards improving dexterity and mental training. Bags are available at a limited quantity, first come, first serve. To register for a Senior Focus Bag, please call Ali at 780-723-8616 or email alicjab@edson.ca. Bags are delivered once a month on the advertised date.

Call 780-723-8616 for more information and to register for a spot. Limited Spaces available. Chair provided.

PAR-Q+ 

The health benefits of regular physical activity are clear; more people should engage in physical activity every day of the week. Participating in physical activity is very safe for MOST people. This questionnaire will tell you whether it is necessary for you to seek further advice from your doctor OR a qualified exercise professional before becoming more physically active.

Join us for a fun afternoon of creation and story-telling with dad (step-dad/grandpa/uncle). Location to be announced.

Open to children ages 4-8 and their father figure.
A one-to-one ratio is required. 
All Alberta Health Regulations for COVID-19 will be enforced. Participants failing to follow regulations will be asked to leave.

Lunch will be provided.  Please indicate your lunch selection upon registering. We will confirm lunch orders and location a few days before the program.

Join us for a fun afternoon of creation and painting clay figurines for the garden. Location to be announced.

Open to children ages 4-8 and their grandparent.
