Register online at www.edson.ca or in person at Repsol Place. Classes fill up so please register early. Drop in passes are available for purchase at Repsol Place.

Functional Fitness 4 Life

A great class for the older adult, those new to fitness, and everyone in between! This is a joint friendly, full body workout aimed at improving muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and range of motion, and cardiovascular health. Modifications can be made for all levels of fitness.

Noon Cycle

Hop on your bike for a quick lunch time ride. It will include metabolic training, intervals, strength drills and endurance rides. All abilities welcome!

Parent & Tot

This multi-level circuit style class will ensure that everyone gets a full body workout! Functional strength training, cardio, agility, core work and much more, will be included in every class.  Parents with babies and/or children up to age 4 are welcome to attend.  Parents can use baby as resistance (other options always available) while toddler either participates or plays with other kids! Or baby can just kick and play on your mat. Remember this class is child friendly, if you need to change, feed, or tend to your child in any way that is ok! Snacks are okay to bring for the kids just as long as we keep things tidy. Please bring a mat and water bottle.

Noon Circuits

Join us on your lunch hour for a 40 min cardio/strength blast. We will be using a variety of different methods to get that heart rate pumping. Strength components will also be added in! Please bring a mat and water bottle.

Spin & Core

Take your cycling to the next level with this class. It will include metabolic training, intervals, strength drills and endurance rides.  Be prepared to jump off the bike for the last 15 minutes and work on that core. *for beginner to advanced riders* Please bring a mat and water bottle.

Skating Classes for Preschoolers:

Tiny Tots

This is a special time for tots to bring their parents along and learn the basics of skating while spending quality time with their Mom or Dad.  Instructor will incorporate basic fundamentals in a fun and exciting way so that your child can overcome skating apprehension.  Parents are required to be on the ice with their child, preferably wearing skates.  HELMETS ARE MANDATORY.

Skating Tots

If your child has completed the Tiny Tots program this is the next step.  In Skating tots they will learn to skate on their own without parent supervision.  They will work on gliding, backwards skating, stopping, etc.

Canadian Firearms Safety (Non Restricted)

In order to buy or acquire a non-restricted firearm you must do this course. Successful students will take home the paperwork to apply for a Possession & Acquisition Firearms License.  Please bring to the first class:

(1) 2 pieces of identification which can include your driver’s license, birth certificate, status card, Alberta Health Care card or W.I.N. card

(2) your Possession Only Firearms License if you have it

(3) your residential address (house number and street or Legal Land Description as it appears on your power bill).

(Open to anyone 12 years of age or older)  PLEASE BRING YOUR LUNCH
