Register online at or in person at Repsol Place. Classes fill up so please register early. Drop in passes are available for purchase at Repsol Place.

Drop in space is subject to availability and priority goes to registered participants. If you would like to drop in to any of the fitness classes please text Andrea @780-728-6121 prior to the class to inquire about a spot.

30/20/10 - Spin, Strength, Stretch Combo

The perfect trio to hit your fitness goals. Spin, strength, and stretching. This class will be timed for each component. So it could be 30 min spin, 20 min strength and 10 min stretching. The next time it could be 30 min strength, 20 min spin, 10 min stretch.

Please bring a waterbottle and mat.

Noon Cycle

Hop on your bike for a quick lunch time ride. It will include metabolic training, intervals, strength drills and endurance rides. All abilities welcome!

Parent & Tot Outdoors

This multi-level circuit style class will ensure that everyone gets a full body workout! Functional strength training, cardio, agility, core work and much more, will be included in every class.  Babies 2 months+ and kids are welcome to attend.  Babies can hang out in the stroller and the kids can either participate or play with other kids! Remember this class is child friendly, if you need to change, feed, or tend to your child in any way that is okay. Please bring a stroller, mat and water bottle. Please dress for the weather conditions.

Outdoor Functional Fit 4 Life

A great class for the older adult, those new to fitness, and everyone in between! This is a joint friendly, full body workout aimed at improving muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and range of motion, and cardiovascular health. Modifications can be made for all levels of fitness. Please dress for the weather conditions and bring a mat and water bottle.
