The Town of Edson Airport (hereinafter referred to as the “Town”) purpose of this building code analysis, we are working under the premise that the existing Edson Airport terminal building is a “pre-existing, non-conforming” building. The archival Airport Terminal Building drawings are noted. To fulfill the requirement as per the Alberta Building 2019 Occupancy Safety Clause requirement & Alberta Building Code 2019, (AEP), are needed. For location of at the town of Edson Airport and details regarding AEP’s regulatory requirements (Alberta Building 2019 Occupancy Safety Clause requirement & Alberta Building Code 2019), please refer to the attachments of this RFP.
