Community Bench Installed (46th Street)

A new bench has been installed on 46^th Street.

The Town of Edson recently applied for the Alberta Recycling Management Authority 30^TH Anniversary Community Bench Giveaway and was successful in receiving a new bench for our community. 

The bench is located on 46^th Street between 5^th and 6^th Ave.

Seniors at Parkland Lodge had requested a bench at the location as a resting place travelling between the lodge and A&W.

Thank you to Murray and Susan Beckett who graciously allowed the Town to install the bench adjacent to their property and fence.
