The Town of Edson and Community Futures West Yellowhead have partnered to bring forward a presentation on how local businesses can make small changes towards energy efficiently.
This "Lunch & Learn" will be October 19th from noon to 1pm.

Energy is absolutely essential to the modern world and how we manage energy consumption in our businesses and homes has a wide-reaching effect on the environment, our local communities, and the economy.
As a significant cost driver, it is important for businesses of all sizes to efficiently manage their energy use.
This presentation will focus on how local businesses can make small changes to use energy efficiently, reduce consumption costs, improve business competitiveness, and increasing business resiliency.
Presenter - Brendan Riome
Brendan has been working as the Municipal Energy Coordinator for the Town of Edson since 2020 where he has been developing energy management practices and guidelines. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, he brings a strong technical focus to his work in reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
