Don't forget to get out and vote today!
Election day is October 18, 2021 and there is both a Mayor and Council race going on in Edson. As well, the GYPSD trustee election is taking place (https://www.gypsd.ca/elections-2021), a Senate vote, and two referendum questions (https://www.elections.ab.ca/).
The Edson voting station is at the Edson Royal Canadian Legion Branch 51 (5016 5 Ave), from 10am to 8pm.
Please bring ID and/or proof of address. There is NO vaccine mandate to vote, however, you must wear a mask and remain distanced where possible.
Bring a coat to the vote!
Due to physical distancing requirements, the line to vote will sometimes extend outdoors. Additional registration tables are being opened to minimize wait times, but voters are encouraged to dress warm when they come out to vote.
