Amendment to Edson West Area Structure Plan (ASP)
Council has passed first reading of Bylaw 2282 – Edson West Area Structure Plan Amending Bylaw. The Amending Bylaw is a housekeeping item to capture the changes to Yellowhead County’s Land Use Bylaw and does not substantively change the context or purpose of the Area Structure Plan. A Public Hearing for Bylaw 2282 has been scheduled for November 15th, 2022, at 7pm in Council Chambers.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Council will hold a Public Hearing to consider an amendment to the Edson West Area Structure Plan due to Yellowhead County adopting their new Land Use Bylaw. Tuesday, November 15 , 2022 at 7:00 pm or soon as practical thereafter through Zoom Meeting online and in person in the Town of Edson Council Chambers (605 - 50 street).
If approved, the Amendment will change wording in Edson West ASP as per Yellowhead County’s newly adopted Land Use Bylaw.

or by hand delivering to the Civic Centre drop off box at the front door entrance.
Submissions must be received by the Town prior to the Public Hearing for Council’s consideration.
Any person, group, or person acting on behalf of anyone who claims to be affected by the pro-posed bylaw, may make representation during a Public Hearing. Oral presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit and any presentation materials must be sent ONE WEEK PRIOR to the Public Hearing.
