Proposed Bylaw 2286 - Land Use Amending Bylaw

Proposed Bylaw 2286 is to redistrict land at 603 54th Street South from Urban Reserve to M-2 Heavy Industrial. The requested rezoning is based on the applicant’s intention to develop a Natural Gas Liquids (NGLs) processing facility. The applicant is in the process of communicating with nearby landowners and a Public Hearing has been set for March 21st, 2023, at 7pm in Edson Council Chambers.

Proposed Bylaw 2287 - Land Use Amending Bylaw

Proposed Bylaw 2287 is to redistrict land at 7440 4th Avenue from Glenwood Service Commercial to C-3 Highway Commercial. The rezoning is to provide for a range of commercial uses, including the intended use of developing a Cardlock Fuel Facility. A Public Hearing has been set for March 21st, 2023, at 7pm in Edson Council Chambers.
