The Town of Edson, in partnership with Cenovus Energy, is hosting a Community Clean-Up Challenge to help refresh our town for spring!

Residents, businesses, and community groups are encouraged to take part by cleaning up their neighborhood, a local ditch, a playground, or around their workplace. Challenge your friends, coworkers, or the business next door to see who can make the biggest difference!

Garbage bags can be picked up at the Civic Centre (605 50^th street) or Public Works building (3240 1^st Ave). Cenovus Energy is donating the garbage bags.

The Town of Edson will collect filled bags from street corners.

The Edson Lions Club brings you Mustachio Bullbashio May 23,24 presented by Diamond R Horses. This event is in support of raising funds for Men's Mental Health, and is held annually at the Element Zone 13. www.elementzone.ca for more information!

We are running a bottle drive fundraiser on May 24, 2025, to Help Support the Pine Grove Middle School (PGMS) 2025 Quebec-Montreal-Ottawa (QMO) Trip. Let us take your May Long bottles off your hands. Your contribution will help provide students with an incredible learning experience that broadens their horizons and builds lifelong memories. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a pick-up, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Amanda at 780-728-8560. Thank you for supporting this initiative and helping us make this trip a reality for our students!

Go the distance with the Kids Fun Run, 3KM, 5KM and10KM run at Eddie’s Big Run! Take advantage of our early bird registration and save $5 when you sign up before April 30th. Don’t miss out—register today and get ready for the big day on May 31st, 2025!

Edson Tumblers Gymnastics Club will be collecting bottles on Saturday May 31 from 11am-2pm to help raise money for the competitive team.
