Ball Diamond Fencing Construction Vision Park Phase 3 Development

The Town of Edson is seeking qualified contractors for the supply and installation of chain link fencing and related infrastructure for the development of municipal ball diamonds. The scope of work includes line fencing, backstops, and dugouts. In addition, chain link fencing, structural steel, and metal cladding will be required to construct dugouts, some of which will incorporate integrated concrete retaining walls to accommodate sloped site conditions.

Contractors will be responsible for all site cleanup and removal of construction tailings, as well as the full restoration of any disturbed turf areas. Restoration must include the supply and installation of topsoil and seed and/or sod to return the site to pre-construction conditions.

All work must comply with the drawings and specifications prepared by EDS Group Inc., with submissions due by May 21, 2025, at 2:00:59 PM MST.

Town of Edson Municipal Development Plan

RFP-I&O-2025-07

The Town of Edson invites proposals for the rewrite of its Municipal Development Plan (MDP). The successful proponent will develop a modernized MDP that reflects current conditions, updated growth projections, and community aspirations. Key deliverables include a project work plan, community engagement strategy, background research, draft and final MDP documents, and presentations to Council.

The project schedule must accommodate a pause during the 2025 municipal election period, with background work completed by summer 2025 and finalization expected by Q4 2026.
