FCSS is bringing you the 5th annual Edson's Haunted Halloween House Decorating Contest! This year, all the voting will be up to YOU!!

Registration

Registration opens October 1, 2024 for the 5th Annual House Decorating Contest! Register by filling out the survey below. Registration closes October 23th at noon.

Please register for one of the following categories;

• Family friendly
• Scariest
• Most Original
• Best Effects

All registrants will be entered into the "Best in Edson" Category for voting.

Photo Submission

Deadline October 27 at midnight.

• Max 3 photos- please include high quality photos

*if photos are not submitted by this time you will not be eligible for live voting or prizes.

Halloween Tour Map

If you agree to your address being shared publicly on a map for residents to view entries and help with voting, please agree on the survey at registration.

Map will be released on October 24.

Please try to have decorations up and active during Oct 24 to 31 four residents to tour and view.

Voting

Voting begins Monday October 28 at noon – Link will be available after entry deadline.

Voting ends Wednesday October 30 at noon- Winners will be announced via social media and contacted by phone.

All voting will be online via a survey. Each category entrants will be evaluated by the public on a rating scale of 1 to 5 stars. Survey participants will be given a single vote to choose which entry they believe is the "Best in Edson".

Prizes

• Each category winner will receive $100 in Edson Bucks + gift
• Winner of Best in Edson will receive $150 in Edson Bucks AND new decorations to add to your set-up.
• Each winner will receive a lawn sign to let all those trick-or treaters know that this house is worth the visit! 

Lawn signs and prizes will be delivered October 30th afternoon or will be available for Pick-up at Griffiths Park Centre.

The Town Of Edson Invites You To Participate In A Holly Jolly Jog 

Participate anytime between December 16th - 30th. Hit the trails and complete the 3km or 5k loop with your family and friends over the Christmas break! Submit a picture of yourself with our Christmas tree in the walking trails for a chance to win one of three draw prizes.
