Start the year with intention at our Wellness Wednesday Vision Board Workshop on January 15th! Bring your goals and dreams to life as you craft a personalized vision board that inspires and motivates you. We will provide supplies but feel free to bring your own motivational materials and your creativity. Let’s make 2025 your best year yet!

Discover your new favorite ways to stay active at the Women's Fitness Conference in Edson! Try a variety of fun, local fitness activities and connect with amazing women in our community who share your passion for health and wellness.

The day will begin with registration and keynote speaker Ciera Knight at the Best Western High Road Inn, activity #1 at a different location in town, a healthy lunch at the Best Western High Road Inn, activities #2 & #3, then return to the Best Western for a final speaker address and draw prizes. There will be a special gift for each participant.
