Join Edson Enforcement Services and the Daycare Society of Edson for a bottle drive fundraiser at the Galloway Station Museum parking lot.

Emergency service personnel from Peace Officers, RCMP, Fire Department, Alberta Health Services, and Fish & Wildlife will be on-site for vehicle tours and public interaction.

Daycare staff will be collecting bottles, cans, and donations. There will also be a kids’ prize table and a 50/50 draw. All proceeds support the Daycare Society of Edson.

FREE FUN for families with kids aged 4-12 although everyone is welcome and donations are encouraged! When: Wednesday, August 13th, 2025 Registration 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM | Activities 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM Where: Willmore Park Campground, Range Rd 174, Edson, AB T7E 1T5 What: Become an excellent nature detective with this event at Willmore Park! We'll play nature-themed games, investigate owl pellets, and go on nature walks along the beautiful trails led by experts from Nature Alberta and MacEwan University! No pets, please. Weather Details: Will run rain or shine - please dress for the weather. In the event of extreme weather, notice of cancellation will be posted on our Facebook page and in the Facebook Event Discussion. Registration Details: Registration is completed on-site. We can only accommodate a limited number of families at these events. Be sure to arrive when registration begins to secure your family’s spot and make sure you have enough time to visit all the stations!
