Temporary Road Closure and Water Disruptions on 7th Avenue

Starting Monday, July 28, crews will begin setting up a work zone at 46th Street and 7th Avenue as part of essential infrastructure maintenance. The road access from 46th Street onto 7th Avenue will be closed for the duration of the work, which is expected to last most of the week.
The scope of the work includes the replacement of two water main valves, which will result in temporary water service disruptions for nearby properties. Affected addresses include:
- 4603–7th Ave
- 4605–7th Ave
- 4608–7th Ave
- 4612–7th Ave
- 4613–7th Ave
- 4618–7th Ave
- 4619–7th Ave
- 4623–7th Ave
- 4624–7th Ave
- 4633–7th Ave
We kindly ask residents to avoid parking in the work zone during this time to ensure safety and efficiency.
