Kinsmen Park Upgrades

We’re thrilled to announce that the installation of a new accessible swing and play structures at Kinsmen Park will begin this week!

The We-Go Swing is for all ages and abilities and was made possible by a grant the Town received from the Federal Enabling Accessibility Fund and through collaboration with our community partners, Edson LEAP Therapy & Resource Centre, and Moving Edson, who supported the project by sharing their ideas and expertise on how we could best serve our community members with diverse needs.

This addition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating welcoming, accessible spaces for everyone in our community.

While construction is underway, we encourage you to adventure out and enjoy the many other beautiful parks and green spaces around Edson! It’s a great time to explore something new while we work on making Kinsmen Park even better.

We appreciate your patience during installation and look forward to unveiling this meaningful enhancement to the park very soon.
