Become a Committee Member for The 2025 Eddies Big Run
We are seeking new members to join the Eddie’s Big Run Committee. An event this size takes a lot of work behind the scenes, and we need more help to ensure it returns year after year!
Join us at our year-end meeting: Griffiths Park Centre
November 4th, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Come meet the team, share ideas, and learn how you can help make Eddies Big Run 2025 the best one yet!
Let us know if you’re interested or simply show up at the meeting! We can’t wait to see you there.
What is the commitment like?
- Committee term runs January-July.
- Committee members meet once a month January - April and then more frequently in May before the race as needed.
- Oversee or assist with planning an area of the event (ie. fundraising, breakfast, entertainment, volunteers, etc.)
- Ensure your area of responsibility is executed on race day
- Support the success of the event and provide recommendations on future trail development!

The Yellowhead Triple Crown is back for another year! Participate in all 3 races in the Yellowhead Region and receive a special medal honoring your success. There is also a big prize for the winner of the Triple Crown.
How do you sign up?
1. Register for all 3 races: Run 4 Fun, Eddie's Big Run, Run in the Rockies
2. Email yellowheadtriplecrown@gmail.com saying "I'm in!" and provide your full name, which distances you are in, and your email.
