What to do if you are experiencing flooding

Anyone requiring immediate emergency assistance is asked to call our after-hours number at 780-723-6300 and crews will respond as they are able.

Anyone with basement flooding happening is also asked to contact our main office at 780-723-4401 and speak to Infrastructure and Planning to register the issue.

Our main line will remain open until at least 12am tonight to assist and provide information. Phones will open up again at 8am Tuesday.

Please keep all receipts, document everything, and contact your insurance company as soon as possible to have they walk you through the emergency.
