Rain Event Issues

There was a heavy rainstorm that passed through the region last night. If you have experienced any flooding issues from the rain event, you’re asked to contact your insurance provider, take photos, and fill out the attached form and send it to engineeringandplanning@edson.ca.
PLEASE NOTE - The Public Works phone lines are currently down, if you require assistance with the form, please contact the Civic Centre directly (780-723-4401). Please have patience as we are expecting a large volume of calls today as well as a heavy amount of foot traffic due to the tax deadline this week.
