Report-a-Problem Feature

There is now a quick and easy way to report concerns to the Town of Edson!

If you see an issue in our community and want to get in touch with the proper department, use our new and improved Report-a-Problem feature!

Available on our website (www.edson.ca/report) and on our mobile app, this is the best way to get your issue heard by the right people in a timely manner.

The Report-a-Problem feature allows you to choose your category, add a photo/location of the concern, and decide if you would like a follow up email as well.

This also acts as an issue tracking system for the Town of Edson, meaning we can pull reports on what areas of town are experiencing the most issues and this helps us determine priorities for things like snow removal, utility work, roads, and other areas of concern.

We encourage all residents to use this new tool to help streamline our issues management and tracking process!
