Willmore Park Work Update

Logging contractors are on-site at Willmore Park today to begin processing the timber in the overflow campground area, and log hauling is expected to commence on Monday, July 24. 

Alberta Forestry also continues their reclamation work on the dozer guards in the forest area on the West end of the park. 

Although Willmore Park is open for visitors, we need to stress the importance of staying out of the work areas while they complete this important work. 

Please be cautious along the roadway into the park, as heavy machinery and trucks continue to move about.
