Santa Claus Parade
The Town of Edson is inviting a local non-profit organization to coordinate the 2025 Santa Claus Parade!
This is a wonderful opportunity to lead one of Edson’s most cherished holiday traditions. If your organization is passionate about community, creativity, and celebration, we’d love to hear from you!
How to Apply
Please submit a letter of interest that includes the following information:
- Organization Name
- Contact Person
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Share your mission, community involvement, and your capacity to organize the parade.
Highlight any past events or initiatives your group has successfully led.
Provide a proposed budget, including expected expenses.
Describe how you'll involve the community and manage volunteers.
Share your ideas for promoting the parade and attracting participants.
Explain how you'll ensure safety, including emergency planning and compliance with relevant regulations.
Outline how you'll handle float and participant registration.
