B1 Sanitary Upgrade Project Schedule

Please note that the no-parking signs got a little ahead of themselves.  While the no-parking signs are up, construction on this project is not starting until Monday. Parking in the area IS ALLOWED until Monday morning. We apologize for the confusion.

We would like to inform residents and stakeholders that work on the B1 Project is scheduled to begin early next week(June 2nd). In preparation, the contractor will begin installing signage in the project area this weekend (May 31st – June 1st).

The B1 Project will be carried out in two phases:

Phase 1:

• 10 Avenue, 52 Street, 12 Avenue / 54 Street

Construction for Phase 1 will commence early next week.

Phase 2:

• 13 Avenue / 54 Street

Work on Phase 2 is anticipated to begin in late July or early August. More precise dates will be communicated as the project progresses and timelines are confirmed.

In addition, please note that 53 Street will be used as a laydown area for the contractor’s equipment and materials throughout the duration of the project.
