YCE Multiplex Project Design Approval. Council has approved the design for the Yellowhead County Edson (YCE) Multiplex Facility Project, which includes a new pool, new arena, new gymnasium, renovations to Centennial Arena, repurposing Memorial Arena to a curling facility, and inclusion of an elevated walking track in the gymnasium at an estimated cost of $80.24 million.
Council has also directed the YCE Steering Committee and Administration to proceed with the phased tendering of the project.
