Sewer Main Repair on 6th Avenue

A contractor will be repairing a sewer main connection on 6th Avenue between 40th and 42nd Street on Tuesday, September 16. This work is being done for the property at 4024 6th Avenue, with equipment arriving on site at 8:00 a.m.
To minimize disruption, no work will begin until school buses have completed their morning routes. While crews aim to complete the repair the same day, traffic may be reduced to one lane or detoured depending on site conditions.
